By booking with NVEE Beauty Lounge, without exception, you acknowledge that you have read, and agreed to our policies. Therefore we encourage you to take the time to read through them thoroughly, as we do not make any exceptions.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

• 100% charge for No Shows. Your appointment will be canceled and you authorize us to charge your card on file for the full amount of the scheduled services. No Exceptions.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time, will result in a 50% charge for your scheduled services. No Exceptions.
• All appointments are in a 1-on-1 setting only. Extra guests are not allowed at this time
• Unattended children are not allowed in the salon at this time. We will kindly ask you to reschedule. No Exceptions.
• If you are showing any cold/flu-like symptoms at your appointment, we will kindly ask you to reschedule and will be considered a late cancellation. The health of our staff and clients is our priority.
